Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of CT scan is as follows:
1. CT scan detects a kidney stone which is present in the mid portion of left kidney. The stone is not causing any obstruction to flow of urine currently.
2. The pelvic region of the kidney shows presence of cysts. Left sided cyst is greater than the right sided cyst. The pelvis is the inner portion of the kidney. These cysts may be asymptomatic or they may cause stasis of urine. However, there is no such evidence on CT scan.
3. Diverticulosis is disorder of large intestine wherein multiple protrusions project out from intestinal wall. These diverticuli may get infected, ulcerate or perforate. They develop due to presence of refined food products in diet.
4. Umbilical hernia is protrusion of soft tissue in the umbilical region through a defect in the umbilicus. Treatment is reduction of the protruding soft tissue and repair of the umbilical defect.

Thus, you need to consult a surgeon for management of umbilical hernia and diverticulosis.
The renal stone and pelvic cysts also need to be monitored by regular follow up.

Thanks and take care
