What Does This CT Scan Result Indicate?

Hi Doctor, just want to ask if we can still do something with my fathers current health condition. This is the impression of his latest CT scan result; widespread metastatic bone disease in the skull, scapulae, clavicles, humeri, ribs, vertebrae, pelvis, and femur. He was first diagnosed to have a prostate cancer, and have undergone series of cancer treatment; robotic (da vinci), radiotherapy, injection. He is 79 years old. Will greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you very much.

After reading the report of the scan, unfortunatly I have to say that your dad cancer reached late stages. All treaments needed have been done, but we still can do paliative treatment. In other words, we can control his pain (in case he started having pain), involve pyschotherapist to help him in coping with his stressful situation, and involve social worker to help him in improving his daily life personal needs. By this multidisciplinary team we can improve his life and let him live in good conditions. Members of the team are chosen depending on your family and personal circumstances.
