What Does This CT Scan Result Indicate?

My Ct scan results say significant pacification of the right frontal as well as bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinuses seen. Mild mucosal thickening of the left frontal sinus as well as bilateral sphenoid sinuses is also seen. Soft tissue opacification of. Ilateral ostimetal unit seen. The visual orbits and orbital contents are unremarkable. The visualized air cells are otherwise unremarkable bilaterally. What does this really mean?
