Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a CT scan done... What does the following mean: Visualized osseous structures: No suspicious lytic or blastic lesions. Symmetric sclerosis of the iliac bones near the sacroiliac joints bilaterally, compatible with osteitis condensans ilii. No acute fractures or subluxation. Mild degenerative changes.
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your CT scan result that showed symmetrical sclerosis of the iliac bone bilaterally with mild degenerative changes I am suggesting you osteosclerosis with osseitis neoformans
In view of this please schedule an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist for expert clinical assessment and definitive management
I hope this helps Regards
