What Does This CBC Report Of Child Indicate?

My 10 yr daughter cbc report . Hb-10.9,TLC-8900,PLATELET-2.78LAC,RBC-6.001(H)range 3.2-5.3,HCT-35.9range30-48,MCV-59.82(L) range80-100,MCH-18.16(L) range27-32,MCHC-30.36(L) range 32-36,,RDW-16.51(H) range 10.6-15.7,MPV-9.6. Range 8.1-12.5,& IN DLC.--POLYMORPHS-47,LYMPHOCYTES-46(H),MONICYTES-4,EOSINOPHILS-3. HER IRON PROFILE RESULT IS IRON-43.40(L) range50-120,TIBC-298.4 range 228-428TRANFERRIN SATURATION-14.54,FERRTIN-28.4.KINDLY tell me what it mean & also guide me what to do to improve iron limit in blood.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Report is suggestive microcytic hypochromic anemia due to iron deficiency.
It is due to either increased demand or decrease intake. common causes are increase and rapid growth in children, heavy menstruation in girls, Chronic blood loss from peptic ulcer, hookworm infestations, lack of proper amount of iron in diet and reccurent infections. Your daughter daily requirement is up to 8 mg/day.
All that you have to do is to investigate her first with
Ultrasound abdomen, stool R/E, stool for occult blood, stool HPylori antigen.
I would also like to advise her to take meat, chicken, fish and Dark leafy vegetables in her diet.
Take vitamin C in diet as it also helps in iron absorption. Deworm her by giving her stat dose of albendazole or mebendazole and start her on iron supplement like Feosol.
Monitor her with weekly complete blood count.
