What Does Thickening Of Endometrium Signify?
I just went to my doctor because I got a positive Pregnancy test and she did vaginal ultrasound which showed thickening of endometrium (sp?) is that a good thing? she suspects im about 5 weeks and wants me to come back in two weeks to see baby again and make sure its growing good

Endometrial thickness is a good sign.
If you have done a pregnancy test at home and it was positive and endometrium is thick you have chances to be pregnant, but pregnancy is so small that with TVS we can't see anything.
Wait for some days to do another TVS to confirm that you are pregnant.
Take folic acid
