Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

It is important to know your clinical details like history of bleeding etc.
You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical evaluation.
Exact nature of thickening can only be ascertained by biopsy. It is important to rule out malignant reasons.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are normal.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
