hi iam 27years ihad an ectopic pregnancy 2years back since then i have not concieved my left tube is good and i have pcos and ovulation problem now in this month i have no period for 15 days and negative SPT but in ultrasound it showed thick endometrium can ibe pregnant

You need to do a follicular study along with ovarian stimulation.Before that the patency of the other tube also has to be confirmed .
