What Does These Ultrasound Of Kidney Indicate?

HI i got a UTZ ultrasound i was wondering what is the findings
here is the impression: IMPRESSION:
NORMAL SIZED KIDNEYS WITH MILD PELVIECTASIA IN THE RIGHT AND SUBCENTIMETER
NON-OBSTRUCTING LITHIASIS IN THE LEFT.
NORMAL SONOGRAPHIC STUDY OF THE URINARY BLADDER

Hi
The ultrasound indicates that there may be a stone in your left kidney. The mild pelviectasia is a technical term for dilatation of the urine collecting system of your right kidney. However this needs to be further evaluated by CT scan without and with contrast of the kidneys and bladder.
