Areas of low attenuation/vasogenic edema at the left imfronto temporo parietal lobes and left basal ganglia, eith suspicious intraaxial lesions at the left temporal lobe (2.4 cm) and left frontal lobe (2.7cm). Rule out brain metastases, Suggest follow up contrast enhanced CT scan for further evaluation. 2. .. Brain swelling. 3.....Midline shift to the left by 1.2cm. 4.Small chonic infracts at the right basal ganglia, right periventricular region and both centum semioale. 5. ..Bilateral ethmoid sinisitis. 6.Osseous nodular density (1.2 cm) within the left postrior ethmoid cells. Consider osteoma.
