What Does The White Matter In My Tomography Scan Result Indicate?

coronal contrast-enhanced computed tomography scan result:
"in the right parietal occipital junction central white matter there is 1 1/2 cm to 2cm area of slight increased attenuation.

there is pooling of CSF, subtle edema, homogenous enhancement, and ventricular dilatation are demonstrated.

-what is the meaning of this? pls help. thanks

1.The MRI features suggest features of infarct with features of oedema.
2.The oedema on the MRI T2 looks like increased signal intensity.
3.There is features of pooling of the CSF noted.
4.Nomogeneous enhancement ( equally uptake of the contrast)
5.There is ventricular dilatation noted with in.
6.Features suggestive of occlusion cause with features of oedema and mass effect with dilated ventricular system.
