Hello Thanks for writing to HCM According to the reports your uterus size is enlarged with heterogeneous echotexture. Combined endometrial thickness is increased in your case.There are also few tiny cysts within the endometrium complex.For proper diagnosis you need biopsy of endometrium.It may be due to cystic hypreplasia. Proper treatment depend upon clinical examination and investigation reports. There are few asymptomatic nabothian cysts in the cervix with small fluid in cervical canal.
