What Does The Uterus And Pelvis Scan Show?

Findings: Uterus anteverted within pelvis had a homogeneous myometrium. Trace anechoic free fluid within the cul-de-sac. Right ovary 2.0 by 1.7 x1.4 cm. Left 4.0 by 2.5 x 3.1cm. within left ovary iso/hyperechoic lesion, measured 2.7x2.1x2.2cm Relatively homogeneous internal echoes with no posterior acoustic shadowing. Vascular flow is present in both ovaries and symmetric. No large adnexal masses 20yo- US Pelvis Non- Ob

1.Uterus anteverted - its a variant of how the uterus in the pelvis in relation to urinary bladder - its normal. Its echotecture is normal.
2.Free fluid in the sac is normal after a follicle rupture / at the same time seen in case of pelvic infections.
3.Both ovaries are normal - left ovary shows lesion of about 2cm - the features suggest like blood containing ( hemorrhagic )for which you need to get a followup scan after a month time.
4.Over all your report is normal.
5.For two things, left ovarian cyst/lesion and free fluid needs a followup after a month time. Good luck.
