I am 148 pounds and 5 months in my pregnancy and I don't get a lot of the medical terms used on my ultrasound report. I am worried that if this is a regular amount or not. BPD-41.33 mm
HC-158.9 mm
CM- 4.4 mm
TCD- 19.6 mm
AC- 143.0 mm
FL-30.6 mm
HC/AC- 1.11
BDP/FL- 1.35
Please reply ASAP because I am very concerned.
Thank you, Erum
From the measurements given by you BPD (biparietal diameter) -41.33 mm corresponds to 18.29 weeks HC (head circumference) -158.9 mm corresponds to 19.08 weeks AC (abdominal circumference) - 143.0 mm corresponds to 19.37 weeks FL (femoral length) -30.6 mm corresponds to 18.93 weeks
Therefore your baby is 18-19 weeks of age as per ultrasound scan and this is also the as expected at 5 months.
Your baby is normal
