What Does The Ultrasound Report Mean?

My ultrasound report is as follows: Echoes: 9 mm thick, midline. An echogenic area measuring 15 x 9 mm is seen in the endometrium. It shows vascular pedicle on color flow mapping. ADNEXA Rt Ovary: Shows prominent stroma with few follicles Volume: 5.4 cc Lt Ovary: Shows prominent stroma with few follicles Volume: 4.9cc. Please advise the course of action that I should follow.

Hello,
1. According to your report my diagnosis is that u have an endometrial polyp of 15 X 9 mm.
2. U need to take your report to a gynaecologist.
3. Ur gynaecologist may advise u to do an mri pelvis with contrast or biopsy if the lesion appears suspicious of a more severe problem.
4. The possible treatment for this condition is removal of the polyp by surgery.
