Hello

Cystic structure within the endometrium may be a gestational sac.
Presently yolk sac, fetal pole etc are not visible.
You may need follow up ultrasound and beta hCG doubling time.
Non localisation of ovaries is not a serious issue. It may be due to excessive bowel gas etc.
So,We should wait for reports of next ultrasound to see further development.
You should take proper rest.

Get well soon.
Take Care
