What Does The Test Result Regarding Fever Indicate?

Hi, I am a 22 year old female and had labs done with a slight fever of 101 and cervical lymphadenopathy. My labs are polys 27, Bands 8, Lympytes 48 and atypical lymphs 12. My SGPT 69, SGOT 122, LDH 460, Globulin 3.4, Iron 22 and cholesterol 236. What could be going on here?!

Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Atypical lymphocytes are reactive lymphocytes which are lymphocytes that become large as a result of antigen stimulation.Reactive lymphocytes are usually associated with viral illnesses, however, they can also be present as a result of drug reactions.Your Liver enzymes are high suggesting hepatitis, infectious mononucleosis should be ruled out.Infectious mononucleosis (IM) is the clinical syndrome caused by Epstein-Barr virus presenting with fever, pharyngitis, cervical adenopathy so you can get tested for EBV.
Take care!
