Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of stool test is as follows:
The physical characters i.e. color, consistency are within normal limits.
Absence of red blood cells and pus cells and presence of vegetable cells is also a normal finding.

However, presnce of occult blood in stools is an alrming finding.
Occult blood implies presence of blood in minute quantities which is not detectable on macroscopic examination.
Occult blood can be present due to bleeding in gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
The bleeding could be due to an ulcer, polyp, growth etc.
A false positive occult blood can be present due to presence of muscle fibers and barium present in antacids.
However, a colonoscopy is warrented after a positive occult blood test to look for any abnormal lesion in the GIT.
Consult a gastroenterologist with report for clinical assessment and coloscopy.
Further management will be planned after investigations are done.

Thanks and take care
