What Does The Semen Analysis With Sperm Count 85mn/ml Indicate?

i got my semen analysis done yesterday. It shows i have 85mn/ml sperm count, 3.2ml total, Liquefaction time: 30 mins, Semi Viscid, PH7.5, White Blood Cells = 25-30/HPF, RBC: 0-1/HPF, Epithelial Cells:1-2/HPF
Motility After 30 Minutes
Active 20%, Sluggish 35%, Immotile 45%
Morphology Normal: 55% Abnormal 45%

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be inferred based in the semen analysis report you have posted.
1. Sperm count is normal.
2. Physical characteristics like liquification time, pH and viscosity seems to be normal.
3. Sperm motility seems to be less than normal with only 20% actively motile.
4. Sperm morphology with 55% normal forms is ok.
5. Presence of WBCs in such numbers in microscopy indicates the presence of infection.
Kindly consult Uroligist with report for treatment with appropriate course of antibiotics. You may have to repeat your semen analysis again after treatment to see for its effectiveness and improvement.
