What Does The Semen Analysis With 2 Million Sperms Indicate?
Hi, i did a semen analysis and found that i have less than 2m sperms, 15 % are alive but sluggish, other factors where in normal ranges, i found that i have vericocele one big on left (grade2) and mild on right , i did the surgey for that and it went fine, now i am waiting to reach 60 days to re test. Do you think numbers will improve, and even with that sluggish low sperm count can i get a baby with any kind of fertlization method,

Semen analysis is likely to improve after varicocele surgery given enough time. Even one sperm is enough to acheive fertilisation by a method called ICSI.
