Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have enlarged uterus with multiple fibroids in the the uterus. There are also degenerative changes in the fibroids.Degenerative changes are normal phenomenon which develops in long standing fibroids.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.
