Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The ultrasound report says:
1. Liver is enlarged and also shows fatty changes. This can be due to being overweight if she has increased weight since younger days.
2. Uterus is also enlarged but otherwise normal.

It is important to know if she is having any gynecological infection and this needs to be treated with medications. She may need medications also to regularise her periods.
