What Does The Pelvic Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi am priyanka.N .. i have a PCOD problem...recentlu i have checked with a gynic..done with my Ultrasound pelvis scan.. my ovaries : RT ovary- 25 x 18mm. LF ovary : 24 x 19mm normal in size and echotexture . No focal lesions or cysts are seen POD : No free fluid can i know is my PCOD have cured....can i get pregnancy ?
