What Does The Meaning Of Gestational Sac Laying With Irregular Border?

hi just like to know. i had transvaginal ultrasound and result said i have gestational sac measuring 2.8cm equivalent to 7weeks 1day gestation. It is high lying with irregular borde, poorly decidualized with subchorionic hemorrhage. No yolk sac nor fetal pole. What does this mean? Am i having a miscarriage?

Hi
The gestational sac size corresponds to 7+ weeks of pregnancy. It is irregular because of the subchorionic hemorrhage.

By now yolk sac and fetal pole should be seen in the sac.
If it is not there means that it is not a healthy pregnancy. Unfortunately It seems that you are having a miscarraige.
