General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
the investigation report posted by you says the following:
1. You are having Hepatitis C infection.
2. Liver has been infected and its morphology has been altered due to infection.
3. There is also a presence of cyst in your left kidney.
4. PCR report indicates that the viral load is quite high.
Since the disease can be transmitted sexually or by blood donation, kindly abstain from these till the infection subsides and you recover completely.
Kindly consult Physician with reports for appropriate evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
