Radiologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
This report is suggesting there is a stone /calculus in your gall bladder.
GB stone can cause problem to drainage of bile which is normally secreted by liver.
If size increases to 10mm then it needs to be removed. Meanwhile if you have pain consult your physician immediately.

Rest of the report is normal.

Regards.
