What Does The Liver Function And Urine Tests Show?

Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM. From the above report I think your mother has got diabetic kidney disease. You have not mentioned any symptoms or daily urine output of your mother. However, liver function test report appears to be within normal range and Urine culture report shows no aerobic pyogenic infection. There is mild dyselectrolytemia. But, that can justified due to the DKD. But, close monitoring of the sodium level is necessary to prevent hyponatremia. My recommendation is to consult a nephrologist for further opinion regarding fluid intake and medications for her current condition. Strict glycemic control is also needed to prevent development of any further complication.
