I have a question about a Borderline ECG: SINUS RHYTHM POSSIBLE LEFT ATRIAL ENLARGEMENT (-.1MV P WAVE IN V1/V2) LOW QRS VOLTAGE IN LIMB LEADS (QRS DEFELCTION <.5 MV IN LIMB LEADS) I am a 40 yo female in good health, no history of family disease. 8 mos ago began experience what I would call arrythmias. Went to Primary Care and she did an ECG which was normal. Had unusual pain in my chest 3 days ago, sharp, felt like what I think lightning might feel like). Went back to PC and my ECG was as described above. Vent rate: 72 BPM PR int: 142 ms QRS dur: 80 ms QT/QTc: 382/406 ms P-R-T axes: 101 -13 -6 Thank you.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the ECG is within normal limit and no need to worry about this your chest pain could be due to some other cause and not because of the cardiac problem, functional elements might the likely cause of your chest pain, you need to keep your stress level low, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
