What Does The Following Vaginal Swab Test Result Mean?

Hi there, Could you help me to read my vaginal swab?i received the result and my doctor only comes back on Friday and I want to know whether I should worry. I m pregnant for 6 weeks now so don t want to risk anything. The results are: WBC : 0-1/h.p.f. RBC: 0-1/h.p.f. Epithelial cells: (++) Microorganismus : (+) gram from negative bacilli Culture result: (+) mixed flora Anything else read as not seen or not isolated which I translate as good..? Many thanks!

I understand your concern.
Well, from the report you have posted about the vaginal swab, it appears that the observations are suggesting to be normal. There is evidence of mild infection with mixed flora, which may not necessitate any treatment at this stage or could be treated accordingly, if you are symptomatic.
Kindly consult your doctor and act accordingly to the advise.
