Hi Went through your post your urine examination reveals both WBC and RBC in abnormal quantity it could be mostly due to infection and some times can be caused by a stone in kidney by moving at its original position and irritating the surrounding tissue, rarely it can be due to kidney disease, I would suggest a urine culture, USG kiddies and start antibiotics.
