What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?

WBC, URINE Greater than 50 /hpf 0 - 5 /hpf HH RBC, URINE Greater than 30 /hpf 0 - 2 /hpf HH BACTERIA 1+ A MUCOUS THREADS 4+ A SQUAMOUS EPI CELLS MANY ADDITIONAL FINDINGS - URINALYSIS SEE COMMENT: A 3+ Hyaline Casts Moderate Calcium Oxalate Crystals is this an infection?

Hi
Went through your post your urine examination reveals both WBC and RBC in abnormal quantity it could be mostly due to infection and some times can be caused by a stone in kidney by moving at its original position and irritating the surrounding tissue, rarely it can be due to kidney disease, I would suggest a urine culture, USG kiddies and start antibiotics.
