The endometrial stripe is echogenic and ha a full thickness of 7.0 cm. There is a hypoechoic nodular seen measuring 0.6x0.6x0.6cm in the endometrium. The anterior myometrium measures 1.7cm . The posterior myometrium measures 1.cm . Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture. Minimal fuid seen in the posterior cul de sac. Hello,

Your report shows endometrial thickness. This is probably because your date for periods must be near but there is small outgrowth also there in wall of endometrium it can resolve on its own but if it doesn’t then have to be removed surgically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
