Hi, I think according to this ultrasound report, it is a non viable pregnancy because fetid has not formed. You have to terminate the pregnancy because there is no chance of a healthy pregnancy according to the report. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps. Get a thyroid profile and blood sugar levels checked to find out if there is any cause of this.

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understaand your concern.
The usg scan report in the query shows..
1 -An enlarged uterine cavity .. wlllith a gestational sac ( sac that holds fetus ) is irregular (suggestive of old fetal loss) .
-placenta attached to front wall of uterus was seen.
- There is no visible fetal pole..(.which develops in body of fetus with further growth)
- with growth of fetus it starts moving &this can be seen while usg scsnning....But no such movements could be detected ... which were expected at the stage of pregnancy.
-There was no other abnormality seen in uterine cavity.
2. Ovaries were found normal
3. Adnexa .. or the surrounding tissues of uterus was normal.
*All the findings suggest a condition called Missed abortion... where fetus perishes &so there is no fetal parts or movements seen.Irregular walls of the sac suggest the arrest of growth was when pregnancy was just 5 weeks size. some days -
*The management is removal of the gestational sac to clear the uterus... so that you would start getting normal periods &would seek next chance of conception with due care &advise from treating gynecologist.
Thanks.
