Hello there, The report shows that the right ovary has a cyst and there is evidence of mild fluid present in ur cul de sac( rectouterine pouch- space between rectum and uterus).I have a question.. Is ur periods regular? If, No...then., As u r anxious to get pregnant, please do consult ur near by gynecologist for further follow up regarding regulating ur menstrual cycle. otherwise according to the report , uterus appears to be normal things to be followed:- 1) Be relaxed and don't be anxious 2) Eat lots of fruits and dietary fibers 3) Check ur weight and see if ur BMI is normal 4) Regular exercise and yoga. 5) Do consult a Gynecologist to help u further
