Hello

Your findings suggests single intrauterine G-sac with 5 weeks 1 day maturity. This is a normal finding.
Fetal pole is visualized but cardiac pulsation is not seen. This is a normal finding.Cardiac pulsation is not seen so early.
You may need follow up ultrasound after 2 weeks to see further development.
You are rightly prescribed beta HCG injection and progesterone capsules. These are prescribed due to previous history of miscarriage. These hormones will support pregnancy. Folic acid tablet decreases neural tube defects.
