Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound pelvis shows presence of a gestational sac which corresponds to gestational age of 7 weeks.
However, there is no development of heart and no cardiac activity in the gestational sac.
Absence of cardiac activity implies that the pregnancy is non-viable and the condition is called blighted ovum.
In addition, other pregnancy associated parameters like trophoblastic reaction are also absent.
The pregnancy is non-viable, cannot be continued further and it has to be terminated.
The most important reason for blighted ovum is chromosomal anomalies which can lead to non-development of vital body organs like heart.
Consult your obstetrician for further work up.

Thanks and take care
