What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor, I am 32 weeks pragnent. Report says Single live fetus in vertex presentation. Placenta Anterior Fundal, Grade 3. Liquor adequate. cervix 4 cm, adequate. Fetal MCA and Umbilica artery show normal spectral waveform. No obvious conhenital anomaly detected. I have been advised to have complete bed rest as fetus observed low and suggested to keep foot up while bed rest.. Is some serious concern about placenta diacription or any other point? please suggest... EFW(Hadlock) is 1923g +/- 281g.

Ultrasound report is compketely fine only that ur cervix is already dialated 4 cm and that shouldnt be that dialated at this time of ur pregnancy. That mugjt cause premature delivery in which case ur baby will be born prenature. Thats why bed rest is extremely imporyant and also some medeications would be necessary to delaybur delivery. Steroids are also very imporyant at this time as ut can help matuering the lungs of ur baby faster. It would be perfect to do monitoring and delay the pregnancy until 37weeks in which case spontaneous vaginal delivery can be initiated then.
