What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor, i would just like to ask what does this means. Im 23, female, and married. Gynecologic report. The result shows that both my ovaries noted to have 10 small subcapsular follicles measuring 0.4-0.8cm in diameter and with central dense stroma. Right ovary measures 3.22x2.55cm. Left ovary measures 2.43x2.72cm

1.The report suggest the ovaries is bit enlarged in size with peripheral follicles with central echo area.
2.These findings are classically seen in case of polycystic ovarian disease.
3.In which the clinical findings like - irregular periods, weight gain, facial hair growth.
4.All or any one of the findings are possible in any individual with polycystic ovarian disease.
5.Treatment in this case includes hormonal therapy with followup scans.
