What Does The Following Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi! Could it be possible that i am pregnant?though i have my menstrual period but it is not heavy just like my usual menstruation. I already had my transvaginal ultrasound yesterday, then the result is gestational sac vs endometrial fluid. What does it mean? Am i pregnant?thanks!

Hello

TVS report suggests small amount of fluid inside endometrial cavity.
It may be small G-sac or simply fluid in endometrial cavity. This need clinical correaltion and follow up scan.
Pregnancy can be excluded by urine pregnancy test and follow up scan.
It is important to know other findings like contour of sac,its size etc.
It is too early to comment on findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
