please, i had a laboratory test on hapetites B and what is your comment, advice, or clinical summary and diagnosis, with the following results: prot tot 140 5.9 g/dl measured --------------------------- albumin 140 5.3 g/dl H MEASURED ------------------------- AST 140 11.3 u/l MEASURED ------------------------- ALT 140 30.72 u/l ------------------------ GGT 140 69.90 u/l AHR MEASURED ------------------------ ALP 140 119.3 u/l AR MEASURED

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. All the enzyme levels are elevated indicating ongoing inflammation or acute hepatitis.
2. Serological evaluation for hepatitis B is necessary.
3. Along with it GGT and ALP is also elevated. Alcohol as a cause, also needs to be evaluated.
