Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characters of semen- color, pH and liquefaction time are all within normal limits.
The sperm count per ml and per ejaculate of semen is also within normal limits.
The percentage of total motile sperms is 59% which is again normal.
The percentage of sperms which have normal morphology are also normal.
Presence of 6 white blood cells is suggestive of infection.
You can consult your doctor for treatment of infection.
Rest all parameters are within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
