What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Mean?
My husband and I have been TTC for 5 months now; not too terribly long, but I will be 41 in January and my husband is 31. My day 3 test results were FSH of 7.2 and E2 of 96; however, my husband's semen analysis was 60 million of which 88% were immotile, 7% sluggish and 5% rapid. Doesn't like great at all, so what are our chances of naturally conceiving a baby?

Your husband semen analysis report suggest that he has normal sperm count.
But his motility is very low. He is suffering from asthenospermia. It is very difficult to conceive naturaly with this motility. You shold go for artificial insemination techniques like in vitro fertilization.
