What Does The Following Report Indicate?

I was dx with endometrial CA stage 1 2008. Lymph nodes and pelvic wash neg. No other treatment. 6 months later extreme fatigue issues. Dx with Sleep Apnea and Cpap helps but still hypersomnia. Also Dx with Bilat. intermediate Uveitis. Still treating with Methotrexate oral. 18 months after CA dx now have SI joint issues we are having difficulty treating. Pain in left buttox and back of leg and refers to the right groin and iliac crest. I had an MRI and CT of my neck due to pain after cervical fusion done in July 2009. Incidental finding of unusual nodularity right thoracic inlet may represent vascularity irregularity or adenopathy. unusual lobular lesion within right thoracic inlet may represent Adenopath or vasular anomaly . somewhat prominent level 3 lymph node measuring 1.1cm that may be reactive in nature . Nothing ever said about these but now wondering with continued fatigue and SI joint issues, should these be checked for possible CA mets? All f/u paps negative until last one . Was ASCUS but also Positive for High Risk HPV. Can you help direct me?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi I did review your concern
1)I would recommend you to first get investigated for SI joint in form of MRI and Xray of local spine area and see whats wrong with it.

2)Also ESR,CRP and HLA B27 would be useful here if needed.

3)The easily accessible lymphnode can be biopsied even though it is more in favour of benign process, but you have a history of malignancy(although it was stage 1 and many years ago.
4)Also i would recommend a stool test if you have noticed any changes in your bowel habits.
I hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Wish you healthy and happy life ahead.
