What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

I went for pelvic scan, the uterues is normal in size and outline. It shows distorted mymetrial echotecture. The endometrial plate echo was nor utralized. Augsti mass with multiple internal echoes and septae is seen in right adnexium measure 4.6cm×5.0 in order. Diameter? Ovarian in ovary. The left ovary measure 4.8cm×3.8cm in order darkness minimal free fluid in the pod. Please what is the cause of this and I don t understand the result well?

hello mam, ur case according to USG report seems to be a case of adenomyosis as myometrial echotecture is distorted also ,an ovary appears cystic which can be normal ,free fluid in pouch Douglas can be associated with an infection ....first u must complete a thorough antibiotic course as prescribed below :
tab Doxycycline 100mg bd for 14 days
tab metrogyl 400 mg for 14 days
tab Bcomplex 1 bd for 14 days and review
kindly tell us about ur further complaints that u have dysmenorrhoea , dyspareunia ( pain during sex ) or any other complaints for furthering considering the presence of adenomyosis or not ...thanks .Hope my advice will help u bit....
