General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

I can understand your concern

As you have high cholesterol level and bad dietary habit do following work up for you first.....
- Blood pressure measurement
-Tread mill called stress test
-waist circumference
-FBS

These work up is to rule out your cardiac risk and metabolic x syndrome

According to report required medication started

You have to change life style and avoid alcohol and non veg foods

Eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables

Regular one hour Brisk walking or running or swimming done

For high cholesterol rosuvastatin like drug prescribed

Consult physician for examination with keeping my answer in mind

Take care
