both kidneys are normal in size and echotexture. corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. size of R. K. 9.5 cms in long axis size of L.K. 9.7 in lonf axis. both ureters are undilated. no calculi seen. urinary bladder is thin walled with echofree lumen. uterus is antevrted size of 7.2x4x3.5 cms. endometrial echo reflection is 2 mm, myometrium is homogenous in echotexture.
