What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Hello Doc, I went for follicular tracking and this is my result Two Collapsed follicular cysts seen in the right ovary No Developed or Mature Follicles seen in the left The Endometrial Plate Shows Optimal Proliferation measuring 10MM in thickness Right Adnexial and POD Fluid is seen Pls kindly explain this result to me , I have 3 kids already and am trying conception again. Am really worried and scared.

Hi, I think the report will depend on the day of periods. Icici it is a mid cycle scan, it shows 2 ruptured dominant follicles. left side doesn't contain any dominated follicle. Rest is normal. You can take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test at home after that.
