What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Iam trying to get pregnant. We got married before 2 years. I have pcod problem ,irregular periods and weight gain by taking medicine i got menstrual our doctor advice to take fortimon 75 injunction and clomopure 100g tablet on 3rd day of periods . After that i have done the follicular study on 10th day the report is RT ovary multiple follicular 10 mm LT ovary multiple follicular 15.4x12.8 mm endo thick 6.1mm no free fluid. Kindly advice this report is good or bad for 10th day how much the normal size.?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What medications has been prescribed is proper for PCOD problem what you are having. The present follicular study says that there are multiple follicles in both the ovaries. However, with 10mm size in right ovary, one of them has the chance to get bigger and mature in 3 to 5 days and might rupture.
Hence you need to do a serial follow-up study and time if it happens so that it would help in improving the chances of conception.
In case it doesn't happen, you may have to try it again as it may take some more time to yield results. Hence have patience and keep trying.
