What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Mean?

1)Bony/thoracic cage normal 2)Hilar impression prominent either side 3)Broncho-vascular marking prominent both sides. 4)Cardiovascular & costophereinic angles are free at present. 5)Either dome of diaphragm symmetrical at present. Chest x-ray results came as per above mentioned 5 diagonise. So please reply whether the chest /Lungs is normal?
