What Does The Following Blood Smear Results Indicate?

The smear show an increase of red cells which caused of a mixed population of normochromic, normocytic and hypocromic and microcytic cells. There is mild anisopoikilocytosis with the presence of tear drop cells, elliptocytes ovalocytes and rare macrocytes.

Hello, I just read through your report and would like to know more about your medical history to be sure .
Also would like to read the rest of this report with proper figure to be more sure of reaching any diagnosis.
However your report suggests that you have probably iron deficiency anemia and that you must be investigated further to rule out any other blood disorder like thalassemia major and Congenital dyserythropoietic anaemias (CDAs).(Congenital dyserythropoietic anaemias (CDAs) are a group of rare hereditary disorder ).
