Hello

Your findings suggests a 3.4 x 2.4 cm cyst in right ovary.
Most likely it is a benign simple ovarian cyst. However further characterization is possible with trans vaginal sonography(TVS).Ultrasound is more sensitive in characterization of cysts means whether it is simple or complex cyst.Septa, nodularity which indicates complexity of cysts is better seen in ultrasound. However, you need tumour markers for further evaluation.

Uterus size is also increased,it may be due to many reasons. It need evaluation.

There are also few small enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes with mild mesenteric fat stranding. It may indicate infective etiology.Empirically broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed and this also need clinical correlation.

Other findings like bowel, urinary bladder etc are normal.

Take Care
